1. Tea or a good cup of hot chocolate
For some reasons it helps calm my nerves and focus on certain things.
2. Bed Day
Sometimes just a relaxing day in bed with a favourite movie or TV show can help make me smile and sometimes forget about some issues.
3. Becoming Motivated
This one can be hard but most days I try to have one thing I need to do to get me out of bed or at least accomplish something. Even if it's as small as taking a shower or writing a blog post. Other days it's bigger and gets me out of the house. Even small things make a difference when everything seems hard to do.
4. Singing

6. Boyfriend
Throughout anything he is there to help me and always a call away. He tries to motivate me as well. He tries to get me to go on walks on days I feel down and comes to see me as often as he can.
